Anyone accessing the Sites (hereafter, the “User”) agrees to fully comply with the provisions set forth in these Terms.
Should the User not wish to accept, in whole or in part, the Terms, they are requested to immediately discontinue browsing and refrain from using any services offered by the Sites. ArcheoRoma is an editorial and informational project focused on the city of Rome, with particular emphasis on its historical, archaeological, artistic, and cultural heritage. The project encompasses various domains and subdomains (for example, archeoroma.it, archeoroma.org, archeoroma.de, archeoroma.fr, archeoroma.es, etc.), offering content related to monuments, itineraries, temporary exhibitions, events, and other topics of tourist and cultural interest.
The management and updating of texts, images, and multimedia resources are overseen by:
Simpliza OÜ
A company registered in Estonia with the number EE102197727
Through the “ArcheoRoma” brand, the company aims to make information about the city of Rome more accessible, enabling Users to gain insight into archaeological sites, guided tours, cultural initiatives, and other experiences connected to the area.
The editorial teams working on the ArcheoRoma project rely on qualified sources to produce the content, striving to ensure it is consistently presented and available in multiple languages, for the benefit of an international audience interested in discovering Rome.
For information regarding potential collaborations or content proposals, please refer to the Contacts section of each domain under the ArcheoRoma project.
Across the various domains and subdomains of the ArcheoRoma project, we provide Users with a range of information and features designed to facilitate visiting and exploring the city of Rome. The Sites host editorial content (articles, in-depth features, travel guides, tips) and offer links and references to third-party services, selected for their relevance and quality.
The editorial team strives to maintain an overview that is as broad and up-to-date as possible regarding visit opportunities, cultural routes, and additional services, allowing the User to find, in a single online space, the main solutions for organizing their stay or exploring the Capital in the best possible way.
The following paragraphs outline the main service categories featured on the Sites, along with a brief description of how they work and how the User can take advantage of them.
The ArcheoRoma Sites provide information and descriptions of tours, guided experiences, and entry tickets to museums, monuments, temporary exhibitions, or special events. Should the User decide to purchase any such offer, it will be managed by third-party providers (such as specialized platforms or authorized agencies) whose links and contact details are indicated in the offer’s information section.
In this section, the User can find a detailed description of each tour or ticket (for instance, itinerary, duration, price, any discounts, practical information) and, if desired, proceed with the purchase through the relevant provider’s website.
If the User requires a personalized transfer service, the Sites provide a list of independent providers that offer car rental with driver. The User can submit a request for a quote or additional information directly to the provider by following the instructions shown on the relevant service page. The financial terms, booking methods, and service provision are entirely managed by the provider, who bears exclusive responsibility for its own offering.
For groups of tourists, schools, or parties requiring higher-capacity transportation, ArcheoRoma offers a dedicated section featuring bus rental with driver providers. In this case as well, the Sites merely gather and present general contacts and information; the User can request a quote or specify logistical needs directly to the chosen provider.
To present a comprehensive view of Rome’s cultural offerings, ArcheoRoma also dedicates space to special events and temporary exhibitions. The User can find a brief description of the event, its dates, the organizing entity, and, where applicable, information on how to obtain tickets or book participation. As with other services, any purchase or booking is carried out exclusively via the official channels of the respective organizers or intermediaries.
Within the ArcheoRoma Sites, there may be a section devoted to hotels and other recommended or affiliated lodging facilities, aimed at helping the User find the solution best suited to their stay. In some cases, affiliation programs with well-known booking portals (such as certain specialized marketplaces) may be activated, allowing the User to complete the booking procedure independently.
The contractual relationship for the provision of accommodation exists solely between the User and the facility or third-party booking site, which independently determine prices, availability, and sales conditions.
ArcheoRoma reserves the right to expand the range of services featured or described, introducing new opportunities for visitors based on user feedback and evolving trends in the tourism market. When such additional services become available, dedicated sections will be created on the Sites with relevant information and instructions on how to use them.
The Sites belonging to the ArcheoRoma project provide Users with various textual, graphic, and multimedia materials (hereafter, the “Content”) intended for informational, educational, or promotional purposes concerning the city of Rome and its cultural-tourism services. This Content may include articles, reviews, historical insights, monument outlines, logistical information, event and exhibition listings, photographs, videos, or any other published materials, with the aim of facilitating the enjoyment of Rome’s artistic and archaeological heritage.

The Comments expressed by Users do not necessarily reflect the opinions or positions of ArcheoRoma, which cannot be held responsible for the content therein. In any case, if a User encounters Comments that may be unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, they may report them via the Contacts section, indicating precisely the link or the area of the page where they appear.
ArcheoRoma provides Users with various channels for requesting information, clarifications, and support regarding the features offered on the Sites. At the same time, it should be noted that assistance concerning services proposed and managed by third-party providers (for example, ticket, tour, or rental bookings) must be requested directly from those providers, in accordance with the procedures they specify.

Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the cookie management policies may also be sent through the same channels. These providers bear sole responsibility for:
It should be noted that ArcheoRoma has no authority to intervene and assumes no responsibility for any disputes that may arise between the User and the third-party provider, since the transaction or contractual relationship in question is exclusively between those parties.
